Governance and Committees
Chevy Chase At Home is incorporated in the State of Maryland and is constituted as a non-profit charitable organization providing services to enable our older residents to live independently in their own homes.
Residents of our communities serve as volunteers on the Board of Directors and the various Committees structured to develop and implement the support services of the organization.

- Functions: to create databases of 1)recommended and vetted tradesmen who have worked recently in our area, do good work at fair prices, and perhaps may offer discounted prices to Chevy Chase At Home members; 2)County agencies and vetted community non-profit organizations who provide services for older residents either at no cost or on a sliding scale based on income.
