Instructor Erica Raphael managed technology for 10 years as Director of Administration for Iona, a senior services nonprofit in Northwest Washington.  During that time she managed and taught computer classes for seniors.  She has also worked as a private computer tutor for several senior clients.  Currently, she works as a human resources consultant and uses her Android smartphone to call, email, text, navigate, take photos of her granddaughter, and see when the next bus will arrive.  She looks forward to exploring the features of these versatile devices together in this class.
