Each participant pays $10 cash (to be collected at the door) for lunch and provides gratuity at the table.
Attendees pay for their own charges

Host Alain Roussel will provide a special menu at a most favorable price.  Cash payment for lunch ($10) will be collected at the door by a CC@ H volunteer; each guest is to provide appropriate gratuity at the table at the end of the meal.
