This monthly affinity group discusses a different film picked and watched in advance. April’s discussion will center on "Nomadland" (2020), the Golden Globe-winner for Best Drama that is an Oscars front-runner. Frances McDormand stars as a woman in her sixties who, after losing everything in the Great Recession, embarks on a journey through the American West, living as a van-dwelling modern-day nomad.
