Panelists are Kathleen Landers, LCSW-C, SEQUENCE Counseling and Consulting Services, and Arianne Waschler LCSW-C, Jewish Social Service Agency, with Dana Robinson of the Village of Takoma Park moderating. They will address topics like social isolation by choice (the new introverts); differentiating normal responses to an abnormal situation from red flags for concern; PTSD, what it is and how it manifests; continued/heightened anxiety, depression; what the Villages can do.
