This activity-based program is designed to promote a healthy, active lifestyle. Activities are designed to improve the center of gravity, posture, gait, strength, endurance and flexibility. Progressive exercises are introduced and practiced that cater to the individual needs of each student.
Instructor Irene Koegel has been teaching for over fifteen years. She holds certiifications in Pilates from the Pilates Method Alliance, The Articulate Eye, Physical Mind Institute and Hole in One Pilates, Inc.
Registration Information:
The session begins on Monday, March 18th. Registration and payment for this 9-week session is required. You may bring a check to the first class, pay on the web site, or mail in a check.
Class dates are March 18 & 25; April 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29; May 6 & 13.
CC@H Members, Friends & Associates and CC United Methodist Church members: $135.00 for the 9-week session
General public: $153.00 for the 9-week session

POLICIES:
DROP INS: If space permits, drop ins are permitted at the discretion of the instructor. Please contact the office at 301-657-3115 to inquire about drop-ins. The membership discount is offered on full session enrollment only. No discount is available for drop-ins.
CANCELLATION: We follow the Montgomery County Schools weather closure policy. If Montgomery County schools are closed, there will not be class. However, if schools open late, there will be class at the regular time.
Class size is capped at 12 participants.
