ZUMBA GOLD^® 

Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba^®class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity.

How It Works. The class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba^®choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong!

Benefits. The class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility, and balance.

Sharon Gelboin-Katz is licensed to teach both Zumba® and Zumba Gold®. Sharon has a background in Israeli and international folk dance, which she has taught to children and older adults. She loves to incorporate some of the fantastic movements she has learned from these traditions into her Zumba Gold® classes. 

Class Schedule
Class meets Wednesdays from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm--9/04/19 to 11/6/19, with no class on Oct. 9. Class Dates:  Sept. 4, 11, 18, 25; Oct. 2, 16, 23, 30; Nov. 6.

Registration
Advance registration is recommended, because the class is very popular and it is capped at 12 participants.

Session Fees & Payment
Fees for the nine-week session-- 
•Members/Associates/Friends & Chevy Chase Village residents: $90.00
•The general public: $108.00
(Fee reductions are available for those with financial need.)

You may pay by credit card (A) on the web site by clicking the Register Now button on the upper right of this page, or (B) by calling the office at (301) 657-3115. (We do NOT accept American Express.) In the alternative, you can mail a check made out to "Chevy Chase at Home" to CC@H, P.O. Box 15102, Chevy Chase, MD 20825. Please note that the instructor does NOT personally accept payment. 

Drop-Ins

If space is available, drop-ins are welcomed. If you would like to attend one or more classes, but do not wish to register for the entire session, please contact the CC@H office ahead of time to pay for one or more select classes. Please note that the instructor does NOT personally accept payment.

Drop-In Fees are as follows:
