SHARING CIRCLE Theme: Nature
Connection ~ Guided Meditation ~ Sharing

This is Sigrid's fourth week of offering FREE online guided meditations and sharing circles on Zoom. They are open to anyone who cares to join.

To REGISTER: email sigridolsen@mac.com and note "Sharing Circle - Session #11."

The essence of her longer retreats is beautifully contained in these 90 minute sessions, with the goal of connecting us during this massive, extended global pause and giving us a deeper sense of calm amid the chaos.

Each session starts with a casual exchange and introduction to the week's theme. In honor of Earth Day, this week is inspired by nature. After the introduction, Sigrid will lead a short guided meditation, which will be followed by a journaling session and an open forum for participants to share your thoughts, inspirations and feelings.

Nature is the balm that heals our aching hearts. It is our playground, where we made discoveries as children and hopefully will continue to--whether we simply stick our head out the window to gaze at the sky, watch birds outside our homes, take daily walks, plant a garden or have the good fortune to be near the water and a floating vessel of any kind--we are indebted to Mother Nature for giving us so much.

Think about ways in which nature has helped lift your own or others' spirits during quarantine. Come with journal and pen in hand and if you want to, show and tell something that expresses your appreciation of the natural world.
