The idea of losing one's memory and ability to reason can be very frightening, but like many things, the more we know the better prepared we are to minimize risk and plan for possibilities.

Dr. Stephanie Trifoglio is board certified in both Internal and Geriatric Medicine and has been in practice for over 35 years. She regularly gives educational presentations on a variety of issues that affect older adults - everything from using game playing to stimulate the brain to the latest on how COVID-19 affects older adults.

Dr. Trifoglio will discuss the various types of dementia, the difference between the normal aging of the brain and signs of dementia, and ways to reduce one's risk, among other issues. Dr. T, as her patients affectionately call her, always leaves plenty of time for Q&A.

Foggy Bottom West End Village.
